What to document before the visit
- Gather the inspection findings and proposed treatment name.
- Identify who can coordinate access for all occupants.
- Record questions about contents, timing and return arrangements.
Understand the proposed scope
Request a written plan from an appropriately qualified provider covering preparation, controlled access, treatment and authorization to return. Do not enter a restricted area or improvise a treatment. Ask which alternatives were considered and what follow-up is included. Separate the treatment agreement from repairs to entry points or affected materials.

- Who supplies preparation and return instructions?
- What follow-up and exclusions are stated in the agreement?
