What to document before the visit

• Record where and when evidence was found.
• If renting, coordinate with the property manager.
• Ask for preparation instructions before moving belongings between rooms.

Understand the proposed scope

Compare the proposed inspection and treatment scope room by room. Ask who is responsible for preparation, what happens if preparation is incomplete and how follow-up findings are handled. Keep written instructions and avoid adding unapproved products to a treatment plan.

Questions worth asking

• How will the pest be confirmed?
• Which rooms and follow-up visits are included?
• What do residents need to do before and after service?
