What to document before the visit

- Describe available access points only if already known.
Understand the proposed scope
The proposal should distinguish the cleaning method, access requirements, verification and any additional investigation. If damage is found, request evidence and a separate repair scope rather than treating the cleaning price as a replacement quote.

- Will an inspection be recommended before or after cleaning?
