What to document before the visit

- Describe whether a working key remains and what the fob does.
- Ask which ownership and identity documents the provider needs.
Understand the proposed scope
Ask whether the quote covers entry assistance, key supply, cutting, programming or several of these. Confirm whether service is mobile or requires a visit elsewhere. Keep equipment compatibility, cancellation charges and warranty clear. Do not post key codes or ownership documents in a public inquiry; provide requested evidence directly to the chosen business.

- Are the key, programming and visit included?
- What documents and working-key checks are required at handover?
